★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service that one could ever recieved. First the ptoduct is delayed for like 20 days. The officails dont pick the call. Then when we finally got our scooty it was at 56km. They wont give u any choice for less accessories. All the accessories be it a useless sticker would be sold to u at rs 600. U wont have a choice to not take it. And then they would take like eternity to give u ur rc and other pending documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well there is no option above other than to choose a star but these guys are not worth choosing even one star the way they behaved today.
I needed help from them as I had misplaced my AMC card and these guys sure have records with them, I discussed the issue over phone before going to centre and was told service of scooter will be taken care but on reaching there no one seemed interested to sort it out they tried to juggle the issue between sales and maintenance dept..
And I can see why they were so least interested as Honda sales happen due to quality and they don't see any use maintaining good relations post sales at least when they assured help over phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so cheap guys they don't check property your vehicle for service. When you say to resolve your issue, they don't give attention on your problem. The main purpose of the show room is to earn money from spair parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with Honda agency. So cheap staff. They are using low quality and unfit accessories in Bikes. Company fitted totally plastic in Bikes. Price is also higher. Plz go for hero, TVS and Yamaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located near Jai Gurudev, NH-2 Mathura, here you can purchase new Honda bikes and service is also available here. So i visited here for my bike's service and reached at 11:30 AM and got my bike at 6:05 PM otherwise labour service is great here.

Here you can purchase two wheelers automobile.
They also provide service.
The technician are good over here , but the service process is quiet a bit slow over here .
Over all its ok.
As a customer I will don't blindly the service team , know your rights.
