Service: Worst
Cleanliness: Worst, used plastic glasses were everywhere in the hotel. Washroom and basin were worst like some public toilet

Negative : Not good Service.
No proper Cleaning of tables
Staff uses dirty and thrown bottle of salt bottles as i have seen with my own eyes.
Need to improve on customer service, serving method,and proper hygiene. Also need to use good quality plates as per rate of food they present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! Feels like you are on a railway station platform, pathetic service. We ordered one pizza for our kids. They kept on telling us to wait for 40 minutes. After that they informed that pizzas can't be made because cheese is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Poha and a cup of tea for breakfast while travelling out of town.
The quality of food at Honest chain of hotels has deteriorated drastically. Even a simple thing like Poha, these people were able to make a complete mess of it.
There are much better options along all the highways other than Honest. I myself would never go to a Honest hotel again & would advice others also of the same.

But now only a few selected outlets serve well quality stuff.
They have improved the washroom facility a lot better than before but again not at all locations.
Food and tea is average, we tried our luck to see if this location is good but it was average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel goes by its name for good honest food at a decent price. Wide variety of menu from Routine Breakfast to Full dinner.Honest Restaurant is really good place for food. we have ordered pav bhaji, fafda and papdi here. its tasted was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good highway hotel. It's offers breakfast and full meals. Very huge car parking space. Food quality good. Self service counters. Clean washrooms. Pleasant environment. Other local items sold by different vendors. Dayaro restaurant is located here offering kathiyawadi food.

Inside the hotel, 70-85 persons can have their lunch or dinner at the same time.
There is also a Dior A / C Hall inside the hotel. Just like outside, in Dior A / C Hall, 50-60 persons can have their lunch or dinner together in peace.
Special care is given to all customers inside this restaurant.
And at the same time the customer's meal is prepared only after placing the customer's order. All items are insisted to be fresh and refined to the customer.
There are also outdoor side pan shops, fast-food, electronics, coconut water, CD-DVD etc. and there is also a washroom facility inside the hotel which pays special attention to the convenience of the customers.
