β β β β β I did not liked customer service here. I went for dine in, no one came for 10 minutes to gave us menu. We asked for menu by visiting reception. We wanted to order more later on but no one was there and we left.

I ordered mysoore masala and they give mysoore sada and dosa is cold like not fresh
Then i told them about this then they give masala in bowl and at last after finishing dosa they giv bill of 2 mysoore dosa
Not recommended for the service
Yes but in terms of food taste and quality its good

β β β β β Very bad service....and support staff 's attitude is really wrong....and if you visit hear at 3'O clock and u order pamjabi thali...they take your order and after they say they have no roti...and.. staff member behaviour like humne to ap par eehsan kar diya hai order leke .... really rude behaviour ?

β β β β β I Ordered Butter Bhaji Pav. But bhaji was serve with the butter fried and Pav is just rost in oil. Even honest special papad service with just sprinkle coriander and chat masala..

β β β β β We have visited this Honest outlet several times, both for dinner and also on many occasions for a late night snack post dinner. Some of the personal favourites: pau bhaji, masala pau, pulao, paneer chilli and aloo paratha. Masala papad is always great to start with.

β β β β β Had sarson da saag and makke di roti. It was accompained by a little salad, pickles, fried green chillis, a raita, gur and one gulab jamun. All this is plated nicely and looks appealing. Tastes great and costs just Rs. 175. Brilliant experience with super service.

β β β β β Waiting is too long with less responsive staff ... Very dull lighting with full atmosphere... Interior is ok ok ...ordered sandwich and pizza since 35minutes ...yet not received ...am holding the review and will write further after I receive the order ...though only 3 tables are occupied, still they are taking suchhhhh lonnnnnnggg timeeeee.... Don't know why ....it's 40 minutes now ....and still waiting .... Will keep writing every 5 min now... it's 4-16 pm ....
It's 4-21 pm ...5 more minutes passed ...total waiting time is now more than 45 minutes ... And no one is still responsive.....I am now cutting down stars also ....wanted to give 2 stars after testing food ....but due to such situation and unresponsive staff , am already giving now one star β... Such a slow survice and that too without any response is too bad .... No one is even visible in restaurant...not a single waiter is here .... ...now after one hour , we left as our order not yet have served ....
Sorry to say ..but it's bellow standard..even one star should not be given

β β β β β The restaurant has a very amazing view, apart from that they serve the best sandwich I have has so far. The sandwich wasn't too hot Or too cold. It was at the perfect temp as it should be. Also the painting in the left side of the restaurant is so damn good. Whoever made that i love you. ?β€
