★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room Key should be given to the customers so that we can lock our rooms. Apart from us there are other people also staying there . How can we leave our room open with our luggage and important items there when we are going out ? This is not safe and who will be responsible for any loss ?

Hotel staff is very warm and highly value their customers.I want to appreciate gentlemen Mr Kamal, he is hotel Manager.He is a great person.He helped me to find location and in everything. He welcomed me with message “ Good Afternoon Sir “ have a nice stay, Should you require any additional help or service during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.This culture should come from root level then your hotel is a customer centric you know need to publish any add our word of mouth will carry for long I could really see the service.

awesome rooms, excellent apartment. The staff is professional and the owner personally is involved for guest hospitality. I made special requested which was acknowledged.
you can very easily get cabs. Posh location, just opposite to magarpatta city.
will definitely like to stay again on my next trip to pune.
