★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average,most of the fruits and vegetables unsold due to poor patronage due to pandemic hence many items are old stock,most fruits were rotten particularly apples and sapota,and had to be discorded,HOPCOMS are worth visiting only during fruit melas not worth during normal times,better quality items for less price are available in the neighborhood like reliance smart outlets itself,so Hopcoms need to streamline themselves both in quality and tariff to gain patronage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff not bothered about the quality of goods they give you. I had purchased grapes few days ago. When I opened the package after returning home, I found that the quality of grapes was very bad and it was old and partly rotten. Customer service is very poor. If one chooses the fruits and vegetables he may get good items. Rates are also very high compared to other places.
