★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as I know this Diagnostics clinic is one of the most affordable one in Ghaziabad, for example Thyroid Profile Test (TFT) is done at the nominal cost of ₹170 whereas at other places, cost is atleast ₹600.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this as far as behaviour of employees at HOPE diagnostic centre specially in Dilshad Garden. Two person working there one is Mr. Manish who is cool, other one is over-smart and likes to argue with customer on every aspect. Please be careful while going to blood test in this diagnostic centre they are time machines – they will not like to take your sample even after one minute of late. Their reports are also some time suspicious but price wise they are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst diagnostic centre I have ever visited. They don't deserve 1 star, but.....?
Most of the staff is very rude, full of attitude as if customers are not paying them for the services instead they are ???.
And when you question them about their attitude, they get more rude and insulting. Specially, the lady at the front has no sense of talking; she talks as if she is a Gunda. They don't have any management to handle customer grievances. When asked about the manager, they said come after 2 or 3 hours ??, and then asked about the person responsible in the absence of management, to which they all seemed confused ?, and that's what you call a great diagnostic centre.
The only sensible person was the man at the front desk (named Sonu).
Never ever visit this centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at Hope diagnostics Sahibabad was very bad, they done a Wrong xRay of my mothers Knees and Argue with me once I back to center after consulting with my doctor. Also a behavior of staff is too unfriendly and your never get the reports on committed timings. I also visit 3 times at a center to take a XRay reports. So everyone please be careful to take any services from this center against of your hard earned money.
