★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The horizon Hospital is hygeinic and clean with courteuos staff. However, during my multiple appointments with Dr Sunil Bangera, I always find him late ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. He doesn't even acknowledge his being late. Also, post my operation/surgery, he did not visit me even once while I was admitted in the hospital for two days. However, the treatment has brought relief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is situated near chitalsar. Its having very good infrastructure. I went their for vaccination. Its having very nice and polite staff. All staff was helping citizens for vaccination process.Also social distancing maintained. Also they were providing vouchers for the future hospital related facilities.

Very happy to see such nice people around always smiling and always ready to help with smiling faces
The only thing which I didn't like was no one discussed with me operation charges. Which ideally I feel was necessary to be done.

1. All the support staff and nurses were humble and committed towards patients comfort and satisfaction
2. All the doctors were helpful, supportive and focused towards delivering quality.
3. All the insurance and claims process was hassle-free
4. All the facilities were clean and tidy
As we their moto RIGHT CARE RIGHT HERE was delivered. Will always recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all experience was good. Treatment was also good no doubts on that. Only one thing I would like management to look after is the medicine rates. Usually there is huge margins on medicines but yet medicines are charged at MRP. I request to pass on this discount to your patients.
Though having a in-house laboratory. The charges are way higher than what we get outside. I also request to look after this too.
