Our Team

Hospitality-Collaborous's has been founded by Sanjeev Sethi - who has a formidable reputation and strong credibility in the hospitality industry managing Human Resource function. With 35 + yrs. of successful experience - whether in opening hotels or a turn around scenario or in big & busy running hotels like Hyatt Regency Delhi, Leela New Delhi, The Imperial, Grand Hyatt New Delhi, ITC Maurya etc. he has a deep understanding of the hotel business, legal requirements and training needs.

Sanjeev holds MEP from IIM Ahmedabad, has qualifications in Organisational Behaviour from Bond University, Australia; other than holding a Diploma in Labour Laws from India Law Institute and Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi.

Anshul is B.Sc. in hospitality and hotel administration from IHM Pusa, Delhi and a rank holder. Having joined the Hyatt Regency Delhi as Management Trainee in Food and Beverage, Anshul was progressively assigned responsible roles - first as a Team Leader in Event Services and then in various F&B outlets. He was chosen for the Hyatt Corporate Leadership Training Program and was promoted as Asstt Manager in the Event Services. Anshul enjoys interacting with people and has an inherent zeal when it comes to training, skilling and developing people. Therefore he found his calling when he was promoted to be the Training Manager at Hyatt Regency Delhi.

Now as the Key Collaborator at Hospitality Collaborous, Anshul is pursuing his passion as his profession. Having sound understanding of Hotel operations, he is now not only "Skilling the Unskilled" but also trying to vigorously transform raw resources into employable talent - ready to thrive under even the high pressure environment of the hospitality sector.

Neha Rana has over 9 years in the Hospitality domain – which includes brands like Starwood (Pre-Opening), Imperial, Leela Hotels & Resorts (Pre-Opening), Hilton & Shangri-La.

She has led & directed the search function in various hotels thus gathering connections within India & International landscape. Neha is well regarded by candidates for her strategic fitments, career / succession analysis & continued support.

Neha is an English Honors Graduate from Delhi University & an MBA from IIBM (in collaboration with IPMS (UK)), with dual specialization in Human Resources & Marketing.

Rachna Sethi has held TopEx positions in Insurance and Insurance Assistance sector, and brings over 35 years of strategic vision and executional expertise for Hospitality Collaborous. She will provide strategic oversight to the company and also monitor governance, internal controls and compliance related matters.

Rachna holds an MBA from Kurukshetra University, and Dip Direct Mktg from IDM-UK; and at the time of joining Hospitality Collaborous as the Strategic Collaborator, she was CEO for AXA-Assistance India - other than having held senior management positions as Chief Operating Officer for Universal Sompo General Insurance, Vice President for Royal Sundaram General Insurance etc. She also provided strategic advice for Discovery Health Insurance of South Africa and Aetna Inc. for their Asia strategy.

Dr. Sonika Sethi, is a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from IIT Roorkee, consistently a merit – position holder and she is currently Assistant Professor at GD Goenka University, Gurgaon.

She is passionate about bringing an understanding of chemistry to normal daily affairs, and she would provide high quality knowledge about bacterial / fungal infections arising out of poor hygiene or sanitation – in simple language for the benefit of the Hospitality Collaborous staff.
