★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me give a very detailed review. I had booked to stay at this place online for 3 guests. I paid extra for the third guest. As soon as I arrived they had asked me about how much I have paid...they also wanted to charge for the extra bed based on that. As soon as you ask something the lady at the reception would say No...I had upgraded from standard to super deluxe(mind you there is a deluxe room also) they have charged me extra and still got me the standard room...cheaters...hot water doesn't come...hotel looks fancy with all touch and tap kinda look...but don't fall for it... there's no maintenance inside the hotel...when I asked about the free breakfast they have denied upfront...after I discuss with them that I had booked a room with breakfast then they have agreed to provide one...on the front of the desk they have displayed board saying - 'Outside food isn't allowed' but the breakfast they had provided was from outside hotel...probavly very cheap outside roadside hotel...beware of my experience and book if u really want to book...no bills provided for the upgrade...no sense of serving the guests...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and neat administration and receiving at all corners. All staff members are very courteous. The quality of food to be improved little more. Nevertheless, every thing is Ok and a little more concentration on some fields may be adopted. Overall is well and keep it up to attract international guests. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below comments are paid or manipulated. I wish I could rate zero stars for this hotel. They have low standards, frankly they don’t have any standard actually. I booked a suit room which you can’t even consider as standard room. Cockroaches were all around. Hotel was stinking all the time. And the worst part is the staff. They don’t even respond back properly. No dental kits, no proper room service and many more. I suggest not to visit this hotel. Instead you can search for any other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 day stayed. Worst experience. You will get good hotels with reasonable rate nearby. Better to stay in Eluru Jail than this hotel there u will get more freedom. 1700 paid for single occupancy 1day stay. Nothing they provide even 1/2 litre water bottle not given. Out side food is not allowed. It is really ashamed that I have seen 1 lady brought food from out side and came to that hotel. Infront of every body hotel staff treated her like a thief.
