★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankfully it is a quiet place. Not the typical noisy business hotels with groups shouting etc. Value for money. I would still like if the staff could pay attention to providing cleaner sheets on the beds.. Good place on a budget for a night or two..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel in bannerghatta road. I stayed there for 3 nights, rooms were so much clean.Buffet breakfast was awesome and there breakfast place has a nice view which is in 4th floor. There staff provide excellent service and they provide friendly ecosystem also. The best part was the Restaurant which is located at 4th floor name "Chavadi".Everyone should be visit it.At evening its look like a normal restaurant but at night all are surrounded by light perfect for dinner light. Keep it up Arama & Chavadi Group. Thank for ur acceptable service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is within walking distance from IIM-B. And is closer to HSBC. The terra room was our booking. The front desk staff in the evening shift (2 gentlemen) were helpful and polite. The lift is a bit old and hence it is cramped for space and a bit jittery. There is an oven, induction plate, kettle and tea/coffee essentials. There are no nets for the window but it was not an issue as there were no flies or mosquitos. The bathroom does not have exhaust and instead has an old fashioned wooden window. The soap dish was missing from the soap dish holder. The restaurant spread for breakfast is not huge but the poori and butter cake were yummy. The breakfast staff were very polite and smiling. The restaurant is on the roof top. One particular receptionist-was not at all helpful because she did not get us a print out from our email. She asked us to go to a net cafe-which was not nice to say to a first time customer in particular. And late check out was being charged for a full days' rate despite the hotel being not fully occupied. Its a value for money hotel for families near IIM but the receptionist blew away the 5 star rating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place run by an ex IT professional has very friendly staff. Located right outside IIM, Bengaluru and you can possibly run into a top honcho or a management guru at the rooftop restaurant.
The Veg Thai Green curry and the Bamboo rice was outstanding. The portions could be better though.
There is enormous room for improving the restrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for a comfortable stay. Located in the prime location at Bannerghatta road. Well connected to all amenities. Budget friendly, great service from hotel and restaurant staffs. Breakfast was just awesome. Vallet parking is available. Really enjoyed the stay. Will recommend.
