★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (My wife and 2 kids) checked in at hotel Sunday evening (13th Feb 22), I asked about any complimentary but they said no sir. We went in the room but there were no drinking water and tea/coffee kit. I asked about tea/coffee but they denied as comp. We found dirty bed sheet, towel was smelling. Food is so costly with low quantity, even not enough for small family as well. We ordered dinner only for 1st night. I got business room with separate kids bed including breakfast for 3 nights which is so costly. I told them about early check out (16th Feb 22) in early morning and asked them to provide some bread and butter for kids but they charged for it even they refused to provide any transport to railway station. breakfast was good as it was included in my package. Overall bad experience with this hotel. I hope they will provide good service next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel staff is good. hotel is near the bus station and Railway Station so its easy for you to commute plus they provide a luggage room for your baggage after check out so you can roam freely around. Breakfast is good at very afordable price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel location near by bus stand and railway station. Kid room not operational so very disappointed as I went there with my kid she couldn't enjoy in hotel. staff unprofessional. I placed breakfast order and after waiting for 30 minutes they said please come to 1st floor and we left the hotel without breakfast. I called many times to turn on the lights for kid room but they never did that. when you call reception for anything they ask you to call some other number. I called someone to clean the sofa set and he showed weird attitude. Food was not good at all and also expensive. Dal makhni was sweet other items were also tasteless. Apart from location I didn't find any other positive point. In same price you could get better hotel with swimming pool. I won't recommend this if you are visiting with family/kids. For solo traveller this is ok option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great resort for family . that's all I can sum up. after staying at mount abu at achal resort we came to jaipur and ranthambore and my family still says that achal was great . if only we could have spent more days there
if your on a family trip this is best for you. no loitering, no drinking on premises , well maintained and you can say decent people book over here so you can feel free and safe to book this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever experience , Ac not working , Main thing AC temp is controlled by Reception and you are not allowed to adjust temp and it's fixed. If light gone then there is not power backup. morning 6-8 am there is power cut and even not any emergency light in room. if u ask any problem to Reception then are not responding just said doing doing and finally not doing anything even they behave rudely. One more thing, Floor staff also said the same thing and said owner is not listen. If u ask to talk to Manager then receptionist or floor boy said I am the manager. there is many more things to listen but If u can understand it's sufficient. pls pls don't book this hotel if u want pleasant stay. AC temp controlling is through reception. Staff not responding said owner didn't allow. Dirty room. bed sheet not changed since long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went with family and friends. my stay was very good. this was my second visit to this hotel. we are extremely satisfied with their hospitality, yummy food buffet as well as al carte. room was very spacious and maintained good cleanliness. 5/5 star to this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not much pleasant stay as i had faced issues in AC it was not working. But i would appreciate quick response received from house keeping. They have also change my room.
I would like to give a advise to hotel before providing any room to guest please make sure that room should be properly clean with all electronic appliances in working condition .
