★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ...servicing is extremely poor..staff is not even listen to basic things...towel soap etc ..at night the power cut cause a lot of discomfort ..mosquitos everywhere...food showing in menu is just for showoff ...whenever we order we get to know they can't prepare it because of lacking of raw material...the owner and his friends drinks at night openly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates were too hyped.we had taken a package but there was no buffet .And the manager was extremely rude. He was countin how many paratha v r eatin.as per him children under 5 are not supposed to eat. Don't go to this hotel very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located in Chandigarh Manali Highway, which is 10 km before Mandi, the staff behavior here is good, hotel is also fine but there is a little noise, came to the main Highway, because it is on the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this restaurant on my way to Manali. Worst experience ever had. Third class food quality and sky high price. Poor service and dirty ambience. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

Such a pathetic experience here. A two-bit lady on the reception introduced her as a manager(not even deserve a post of sweeper) having rude and unprofessional behaviour with worst management skills. She don't even know how to talk and deal with customers. Waiter of the hotel is also cringe. Teaching like a guide (ye mat kro wo mat kro,extra charge karenge aapko etc)
Experience with food is also worst. I had stomach ache all the day.. Don't waste your money on this rubbish place..
