★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience with this restaurant and the owner as they are not servicing to the commitment.Just because of their mismanagement my family slept empty stomach.I strongly recommend not to order anything from this restaurant.
Here what happened was ..we ordered some food at 8:30 from this Balaji restaurant through zomato and order got confirmed within 10 min and we waited and continually following status after calling the owner he confirmed that food is being prepared and will be delivered within half an hour after 40 min we again called he said he'll reach out the place within half an hour which hadn't happened again we called him at around 10:30 and asked him if not possible please cancel our order so that we can look for other options but he promised thathe will come within half an hour again but didn't and he switched off his phn .Due to some unavoidable circumstances we were not able to cook at home and we were not feeling well.and because of irresponsible behavior me nd my family slept empty stomach.
