★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a chawl and the entrance is very dirty!. The rooms with 4 bed has only beds and very little space. The bathroom is modest. It has a stair case to go to the first floor and a narrow pathway where only one person can walk anytime. The stair is not advisable for elderly people or small kids.
The sheets and towel were very very dirty. On my insistence they changed.
When one pays hefty amount for a night this comes as shocking. Due to the location you will not get any good clean restaurent nearby and you have to walk at least a couple of kMs. I was actually in a dilemma to vacate.. but I was very tired to do that..
It is not suitable for family as the privacy is very delicate with narrow hallway and a dungeon like room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Nice rooms. Please bargain a lot they can give you these nice rooms in really cheap price. Do not go with taxi and auto drivers or any other mumbaikars they will charge you extra from 500 to 1000 just to give commission to that person. AC rooms, nice attached bathroom and clean sheets and towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not worth the money. The sheets were not clean and I will not suggest a family stay here. The washrooms were dirty and leaking. Even when asked to change the sheets it was not done. Wifi was available but was disconnecting frequently and slow. All in all not a family or business hotel. There are way better hotel's available in the price range with better aminities. Also, there is no space for parking. The place is not hygienic and loads of mosquitoes to keep you busy during the night. So stay at your own risk.
