★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all. Room and bathroom not so clean. And price is too high as per property and city. And in this digital world they don't have any digital payment option. This was my last stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very unsatisfied with room services as towel given was too much dirty and its with many holes unable to use. Also during my working hours they give my room to another person without any information also their staff using my room toilet for their daily use. Pathetic services and staff was very unmatured also no any responsible person during whole day or night. Their staff talking loudly till midnight and disturbing guestes. I inform to all do not take this hotel you fill bad after taking this. Otherwise ready for all of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel diamond is good available hotel at Mahua district near Mahua police station. Rooms available with tarriff range from Rs900/- to Rs4000/- as per requirement. Hotel is not best but ok compared with other available hotels nearby. Room, lighting, TV, AC facilities are good but toilet having no hot water supply, taps are rusted, toilet room is quite small, no facility of instant tea coffee pouch in room n water heater etc. They are just providing normal things with this cost range. Lift facility is available. No built-in restaurant. No tea coffee service. But one can stay in such remote area Mahua with this hotel as it has atleast good infrastructure makes you feel good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely cleaned up rooms and suites. Really enjoyed my stay. But I would suggest them to start restaurant also...bcox need to go outside to eat .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much price for given service. Rooms are decorated from front only. No food and no room service available. Laundry service is not regular. hall area is better than room. No wifi available in rooms. I don't understand for what services they charge so much.
