★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t get the room that we opted through makemytrip. Had booked a room with King size bed, but we received a room with 2 single cots. There is no coffee / tea making facilities in Deluxe room. It’s available only in suit rooms it seems. Less tariff if booked directly at the property. Makemytrip charges you more than the hotel tariff. Other than these, Had a good experience staying in Bombay Inn hotel. Food is good here. Room is neat and clean. Newspaper is given in the room every morning.

+One day tariff
I requested them not to do so but they telling it's their policy of 24hrs
Hotel Policy should be in favour of customer only.
Try to understand it is possible to check in at 6AM with early check in cost ,but it's not possible to check out at 6AM in the morning
Where we go at that time ?
Any office will open?
Any official can come at 6 am ?
I checked out 11 am which is a normal time for check out

The support start work hard and are excellent in welcoming guest.
