★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room are very small, breakfast was good with good fruits variety. ambiance of hotel is nice, WiFi speed is poor.
room is full of all amenities, bed sheets and all were clean, price offered by goibibo is value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet mainly includes Punjabi food which can be a bit heavy for those from outside or not too used to it. It would help to have some more continental dishes as well.
At checkout I had to pay GST to the hotel since it was not included in my original booking online. However, the credit card machine was not functional and I had to pay in cash. It is not a big deal, but it would help to be able to take care of everything at the time of booking, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel... However I must review this according to my visit. Rooms were fine, however they had a damp smell. The bathroom was awful. Every time you would use the sink the water would splash on my jeans which I was not happy with. The Shower gel was not topped up nor any toilet roll which I had to ask for. Beds were squeaky.
What shocked me the most if that they have a mini bar. I understand that you have to pay for the items, however all hotels give you a free bottle of water and this hotel charges you. Also there is a kettle in the room. It has tea and sugar and no creamer. How can you make tea without creamer?
Breakfast starts at 7.30am. However it was not served and opened till 7.45am. I could not eat properly as they were still putting items out and I was disappointed with this. This service needs to be improved. Everything should be out and ready at 7.30am.
Overall. Hotel is in a great location. It looks great on the outside and reception. But is not all that great inside. This is a budget hotel which does need improvements. There is a hotel just close by which I use which is priced the same and I use now. I was expecting Hotel Downtown to be alot better but in my honest opinion it was hotel down of the town.

Rooms are pathetic and smelly . We booked 4 rooms and all rooms bathroom were not cleaned .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of reasons for not to stay in this hotel and I patiently took a time to write the whole review.1) their rooms are hell and worst, plus washrooms all taps are not workable.2) this hotel smells literally.3) hotel staff is very unprofessional.4) they took money for breakfast but at the time of breakfast they give only option of omlette and prantha and they denied to provide even coffeee which is basic need for morning.5) I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. If someone wants to ruin their stay and want to increase your blood pressure then please book this hotel. It's nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience of my life time , when i checked in rooms telecom was not working and i wanted water , i have gone down stairs to call them to check the rooms telecom , and when the telecom was repaired i called them again and again for water to drink but they took about 2 hrs to give me water to drink , and then i had gone down stairs to complaint then after half hour i got what i want . I won't be recommending this place to stay to anybody . and one add-on all charging plugs were not working , i put my phone on charge in the bathroom .
