★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated! Not worth the price. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are not at all spacious and rather cramped up. Location is slightly isolated along the highway. Staff is not at all supportive. They are compalcent since the hotel is mostly fully occupied owing to their corporate tie ups. NOT RECOMMENDED since much better options for lesser price are available.

whoever manager at there in morning shift has rude and unethical behavior towards customers as well as the manager has intention to manipulating even intention to get extra charges for his pocket....
i suggest to every single person dont just dont book room at this hotel.

I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA 500 RS ON BOOKING WITH COMPROMISE IN 2X DELUXE ROOM WHEREVER MY BOOKING WAS IN 3X SUPER DELUXE DON'T KNOW WHY IT HAPPEN BUT HOTEL DOESN'T ALLOW ME IN BOOKING PAYMENT THEY TAKEN EXTRA 500 AND THEN GIVEN ROOM AS THEY SAID ITS OYO'S MISTAKE THEY GIVEN YOU BOOKING IN LOW RATE SO YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA 500 RS SO IT'S NOW NO ONE CAN TRUST EVEN AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION WE HAVE NO SURETY THAT YOU WILL GET ROOM OR NOT OR HAVE TO PAY EXTRA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bed not good, reception staff attitude not up to the mark. was irritating, while checkout. other staffs are good, food was too oily. complimentary food was denied(says covid protocol), but any meal can be ordered from the restaurant.

They don't bother to remove their hotel from service provider and let user suffer.
They don't understand the importance of being proactive.
They ask customer to follow up rather than doing it by themselves.
After booking confirmation,why customer should do follow up with service provider?
This is very serious casual approach by them.
