★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER STAY HERE..!! the owner or manager lives in Chandigarh. The caretaker doesn’t know how to run a hotel. Even very simple necessities such as a fan or lights are not working. Lizards everywhere. No hygeine. I had to move out of hotel at 11PM due to such bad conditions. Please dont be fooled by the fact that sunrise is visible right from room, you pay for hotel amenities and night stay too, which is not at all comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ? ?...We visit this place on dated 30 April...we booked 2 rooms.The caretaker behaviour was so rubbish and reduculess. ND the owner who is not present there he is so greedy and cheap man . We call him personally for complaint. But he didn't even hear it ..today I posting my review after 3 4 days ..seriously guys pls don't go in GROVER RESIDENCE HoTel..last thing we give them full payment for 2 rooms but we just stay there only for 2 hours...We are so lucky that we don't stay night there?..
