Not so bad food but the quality of food can be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone you ask for good food in Daman will recommend this place, however its not very promising. This place is very dimly lit and the food is also not as per expectations, we ordered a Dara(locally fish) damanese masala which was a small portion of fish with not very tasty masala, we later tried a jumbo Surmai fry, which was a nice big piece of fish but wasn't fresh. We also had a Pomfret curry with some rice flour roti which was below average as well. Slow service, cocktails were average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ enjoyed a lot ...,the food was amazing ...a wide variety on the menu in dinner as well as breakfast ....taste was also great....the room was neat and clean ...the bathroom was clean n a lot of toiletries provided......a nice place to stay n very near to beach ...beach just at 5 minutes distance

It is located on two floors inside Hotel Gurukipa on the Seaface Road. The lower floor is basically a restobar, with dim lighting making it difficult to read the menu & the bill properly. As in all other similar bars in Daman, the liquor is reasonably priced and the food exorbitantly so...
I have had the opportunity to have much cheaper and tastier fish fry at the stalls near the beaches...
The food, however is good, and the decor, that can be seen, is good.
It's generally crowded and on weekends one may have to wait a while to get a table. The service however is quick and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful in menu selection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had cocktails and dinner on the terrace. Arrangements were adequate. Only one small lift is serving all guests so a bit of waiting happening.
Good staff. Drinks served from the Bar on a lower floor so a bit of a delay. Food is good.
One of the oldest hotels of Daman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not value for money... if you are paying 2500 you can definitely get a better option than this.
Breakfast buffet was having very less options... and food was not fresh even.
Service is good... staff is friendly...
But definately cannot ignore the first part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our trip to Daman, we visited this place on suggestion of our Driver.
And the experience was good. The food was really good in taste and liquor was as usual cheap because in Daman the liquor prices are cheap everywhere.
The service and ambience was good too. You can visit this place it will be good pocket friendly and the food will not disappoint you.
