***DETAILED REVIEW*** Stay Date: 6th and 7th Dec 2021 Location: 100 Mtrs. on right side in the street opposite to the exit gate of Jaipur Junction Railway Station. Market is nearby on walking distance and the property is conveniently reachable by a taxy, auto or two wheeler. Infrastructure: Since this is a budget hotel, rooms are slightly smaller than other normal budget hotels. However, Everything which is generally required for a stay was proportionately available in room e.g. AC, TV, Hot Water(on request), Side Table, Chair, Cupboards etc except intercom facility which actually in my case was not required as I stayed in a room at ground floor which was nearer to reception desk, hence it was just a matter of a couple of steps for me. Hygiene: Common areas like reception, corridor, stairs etc were well maintained but inside room it was not as clean and hygienic as expected, specially washroom which had dirty commode, wash basin, bucket mug and all. Walls were showing their age and since there was no window in the room, it was stinking of moisture kind of smell whenever I entered the room after it was locked for a while.There were webs witnessed on the ceiling in washroom. Service: Over all service was prompt but not proactive. However, Mr. Rajneesh, the manager, made my stay comfortable and showed his readiness always, no matter when and how many times I called him for a tiny thing. He is such a humble, down to earth and a customer friendly kind of person. His response and customer centric approach on my very first call regarding booking inquiry convinced me to finalize my stay here. He never said no to anything which came from me. Whether it is early checkin, late checkout, early checkout, discount, refund, taxi booking or any other request which I made, he always responded gently and sorted them out. I had to call him a couple of times out of his shift but he never showed any unease and made things done. After checkout, when I forgot my phone charger in the room, he called me immediately even before I could notice my forgotten belonging. He didn't just inform me about it but also got it delivered half way as I requested that I was running out of time and may miss my bus if I would come and pick it from the hotel. He delivered above and beyond in his capacity. A big thanks to you Mr.Rajneesh. This hotel is running because of you only. Keep the good service up. I recommend this hotel to one and all who are looking for a budget stay.

It was a pleasure to be there . Very near to railway station ( walking distance) which made ut even more likable. Staff there are very good and quality of food is awesome. Every person who is looking for a budget stay should look for it......

Hotel is very near to railway station. Manager and other staff specially rajkumar is very cooperative. Food quality is very good. Price of food is quite reasonable.

Worst experience ever! We booked a room for two nights, because this is close to the railway station. But our stay was ruined.. The room was not neat, and the bathroom was very dirty. There was no option for hot water in this winter,where temperature was below 10°C. Also there were noises of pigeons inside the room.. The hotel staff behaviour was also not good.. The only thing good about this hotel is, it is in walking distance from Jaipur railway station

Beautiful hotel near Jaipur railway station with good staff. The rooms and cleanliness is a bit dated.
