First of all they don't know hot to behave, very rude and they charged extra. All in all not a good experience. Will not recommend anyone to waste their money on this hotel .

We discourage guests with local ids to stay and also do not allow visitors in guest rooms Repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas, increased access to our team members and guests to alcohol based sanitizers at prominent locations is followed as a protocol We are using cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms before they are assigned to an arrival guest, with special attention to high touch items like door and wardrobe handles, telephones, TV remotes etc. in rooms We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces with focus on high contact areas like front desk, elevator and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys In the areas where our team members work, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning with special attention to high touch areas like staff entrances, locker rooms, staff offices, Laundry to name a few. As a precautionary measure for prevention of Covid-19, all hotel facilities might not be availaible for the guest.

Very Good Location in center of city Near to Prayagraj junction railway station Neat and clean hotel Room size is decent Room service is quick Staff is courteous Buffet breakfast is average WiFi connectivity is poor Washrooms lack glass partition between shower and basin space Conclusion: It's the only best choice available in Prayagraj as of today.

rooms and neat and clean, but bit smaller in size.. cupboard is coupled with the washrooms and placed opp the wash basin.. service is great, people are helpful. comparable to "the legend" I would prefer legend as the cost is competitive and room size is bit larger..

Kanha shyam is the best hotel in town for Business and Family. The awesome part is food and breakfast. Good and Humble staff. Food and Value added services like toiletries full range available. You don't need to carry anything.

I have been coming to Kanha Shyam for many years and while it has maintained its standards for the last 10 years, I'm sad to say it has not kept up with the times as much as local competitors. El Chico, by contrast, has really ramped up their operations and offers a chic, modern dining and lodging experience. However, it must be noted that Kanha Shyam still offers the grandest hotel experience in Allahabad with a large property capable of hosting large functions and inclusive of multiple restaurants. I will say that the quality of The Patio restaurant has suffered during the pandemic, but I have not deducted an additional star due to this as I hope that the service can return to normal after the pandemic. Overall, great place and great hotel to bring guests to for lunch/dinner or stay in if you are visiting the city and want to stay in a prime location.
