★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located on main road and 1km far from Baidhyanath Dham. Maintainance is ok and rooms are congested. Rooms maintenance is not upto the mark and services are ok. We can stay here for emergency, didn't booked rooms anywhere. Food is ok and room service is available.

the reception staff is also caring and they will satisfy you.
But don't go in the restaurant if you will go in restaurant and order the food you will lose your pleasure the stay in hotel Mahadev palace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not at all professional. Rooms are really very small. When asked for a larger room they said all out rooms are of same size. But later we found out they had spacious rooms as welso dont know why were they lying. Next We went for dining in their restaurant and they kept us and all the other customers waiting for at least an hour before serving the food.Verall very pathetic experience .

Very poor services , almost all guest when I was in hotel was not happy with their services. I have stayed 2 Nights with 2 rooms booked.
Although food was good but if you have to wait for more than one & half hour to fulfilled ur order. So if u can't wait please go and eat outside ...
I waited to checkout for more than one hour (even though I had informed them at night 9:30 of my checkout time.), just because they couldn't make the bill correctly and get their account properly.
Overall Your Mood may get spoiled just because of their unpleasant and un professional services. Or you may get late in ur journey just because of them.
This hotel is just running because of Devgarh Baba otherwise it would have been vacant all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a night. Price was moderate. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy. Average cleaning. Lack of ventilation. The corridor was dark and smelly. Toilet needs maintenance. Fittings were bad. Exhaust was very small and inefficient.
Restaurant was good, a bit expensive. Morning breakfast arrangement was good. Idly was under cooked.
No parking facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before booking from goibibo I called to the hotel for check in/early check in query. It surprised me when the person told the check in time is "on or after 2pm" & check out at "12 pm". I had visited several places in India in past years bur never found these kind of check in timing. So be aware of to book these kind of "special hotels" with special service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good but the maintenance is not good enough. Have to change room 3 times as the AC was not working properly. Also the mosquito repellent was not available even after several request. Although behaviour of the staffs were nice. Overall average experience.
