★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading so many good reviews, I had booked this hotel on 19.07.2019 to 20.07.2019 and it is genuinely not worth for free. Booked for 1800 Rs.
Bad things first
◆ Staff is very much unprofesional
◆ I got room no. 204 without anykeys.
◆ TV of the room having no channels except free channels of tata sky,
◆ Shower of washroom is not working.
◆ In complementary breakfast tea is not served after asking 2 or 3 times only aalu paratha served.
◆ Lines are not found clean.
◆ Room was already used.
◆ No wifi is available
◆ No Toiletry kit supplied
◆ No comb is supplied after asking for the same with hotel.
◆ Room service phone is also not working many times.1q
GOOD things

◆ Safe for family and students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is neat and clean. Food is good and plenty in amount for the money. Hotel is one of the best stay facilities in the city. Staff is good and service is quick except for the phone which does not work all the time. Also complimentary breakfast doesn't have many options. Overall value for the money experience.
