★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malharwada - The best place in Pune to try the traditional maharashtrain thalis . Even if this place is known for the best non veg thalis in wakad, they've still not failed in providing the best vegetarian food ever! When I had visited this place I had ordered for veg thali . They had provided one paneer gravy, matki and chowli which was the lipsmacking dishes of all. Not just these,they had provided us with bhakri plus they do have chapati in option for this.Also they had various other items in thali which were also the best ones I had eaten till date. They have the best seating arrangement and courteous staff. They provide everything instantly without taking a lot of time and with a beautiful taste in each and every item they provide. I would recommend each one to visit here once for the best food experience of their life.

The main attraction of this place is their chicken and mutton kharda nd plus all the thali dishes
In veg starter, I liked their veg crispy which looked so beautiful and photogenic. I thought it would be spicy as hell but it had a more balanced flavour to it
In mains,we really love their chicken thali and their chicken kharda. All the main course items were delicious and perfect for my tastebuds
This is perfect dinner destination for family as well as friends
Do visit this place if you are craving for maharashtrian food and want to try authentic maharashtrian food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love trying new food items and exploring new places hence while hunting for a new place and thought of having maharashtrian thali , I landed here at Hotel Malharwada in wakad. I found that the ambience is well and ordered Some maharashtrian items here as they have specified on their diaplay board outside the hotel. Well to be honest the items we ordered we're super delicious and tasty. I had some spicy food here which was very tasty .
Lastly we ordered their Special thalis which were sp Mutton thali and Sp chick thali.
And I found that the quantity they provide in a thali is too much as compared with the rate , their was Gravy, Sukka chicken , rice , bhakri, chapati, solkadhi and many more items which actually taste like maharashtrian food..
I liked the food here , a must place to visit .

Really enjoyed the taste. We have recalled our traditional food days. Most Important service is very good with humble staff.

And the Meat here they provide is very tendered and delicious. They have ample variety of Spicy and Non vegetarian food.
Their Staff is also Humble and the place is also family friendly.
Not much variety of Thalis(Special and Simple thali ) but they are surely unique with their Gravy (Gavran Rassa) that will be accompanied by bhakri(both Bajri and Jwari).
Well to specify the unique dish here is the Chicken/Mutton Kharda Which is the spiciest I ever tried but still it holds us to eat the entire plate.
And yes they provide a special item in chicken thali that is a sukat (dried fish) was yummy.
Sp Chicken thali includes of Chicken Sukkha (black masala), Rassa (which they provide in a big bowl/Parat), Chapati/bajari bhakri/Jwari bhakri/ whatever of your choice, the yellow soup(Alani vati),Sukat Vati(dried fried fish), Egg masala, Kharda(spicy) indrayani rice, Solkadhi/Taak(whatever of your choice) .
Solkadhi or Taak is the best part of entire meal which will make your meal satisfactory.
