β β β β β I m staying hear one week, it is very nearest location of nanavati hospital and other hospitals and juhu beach, rooms are very nice, clean and specias, staff is very helpful and coaprative, service is good, and its completely family hotel..
I impressed hotel management is coaprat in earli chack inn and late chakout no extra charges.
Wonderful hotel, staff and services.

I booked this hotel on reservation basis where they clearly mentioned you can pay at the hotel and book here I booked it from Booking.com
Suddenly the message appears you have to invest certain amount which was around 2.5k to keep your booking or else the cancellation of booking will be considered. Desperate in need I paid the charges. And then read the policy of non married couple are not allowed.
These guys I will even mention the name Mr. Irfan and other person I don't know off talks to me very nicely makes every promises and assures me I will pay you back and also he tells me the amount I will get refunded with deduction of certain charges which even I agreed to...He makes promises of calling me but instead I called him everytime..and when I said I will write a review about this he cuts my call, makes himself a victim and says she is giving dhamki to his colleagues and yes if these geniuses are so true to themselves then why are they not picking up my calls now. As a consumer I have every right to get the money back which I didn't use as it was not some small amount and secondly this is your big brand hotel? Where you just loot out?
Saddening to say and tell this but making yourselves victim won't be helpful.... Now after two weeks they give me reason of cancelling at the last moment (which I cancelled according to Mr. Irfan's suggestion) and I won't get the refund
And they are not picking up my calls as they I am not wrong I shared them every picture of transaction..ik they didn't even try to give my money back....and has blamed me a harraser...

β β β β β Good Hotel with neat and clean rooms ,close to airport helpfull staff and management. Negative reviews are due to type of rooms booked , hotel have 3 types of rooms if you go for budget rooms it is close to railway tracks and can expect the noise but worth the money you pay , but if you go for an upgrade they have very neat and clean quite spacious rooms.

β β β β β Avoid this hotel at all cost. I had booked this hotel on OYO and checked in halfΒ an hour before 12pm. They made me wait 1 hour past my check-in time stating guest have not checked out. But actually they had half of the hotel vacant. The issue was that, hotel owner had some grievance with OYO services and were accepting bookings to get back at OYO. After I was denied check-in by the hotel owner himself, I tried to cancel by booking with OYO and didn't get any refund. This is absolutely barbaric, even hotels at smaller slums in India does better business by not putting customers in the spot. I have blacklisted this hotel with my company travel desk registrar so that none of my delegates face this situation.
