2. Various time their swipe machine is not available, have to remove cash & pay.
3. Food quality not up to mark, one will find too much reddish in any type of main menu & not hi genique.
4. Due to some emergency if one cancel booking & staff goes wild & arogant even if you are ready to pay cancellation charges.
5. Very Old rooms, leakages can be found during visit which is not addressed.
6. Toilet are still of old Passion.
7. Not recommended.
8. Not worth of value against room condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very basic hotel with almost negligible amenities. The food was okay but costly. The place was not hygienic at all. Due to no availability of other places we had to stay here. It was not worth staying here. The hotel needs maintenance and the bathroom was not clean which was the major cause for concern. Hopefully they do improvements on these fronts and there were foul smell coming once we opened the window. Overall not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not suggested . Worst , non cooperative, arrogant staff. Rooms are average ( not justifes tarrif ) . In roha you'll not get good hotel. Instead suggested at mangaon or on beaches like diveagar, harihareshwar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Roha . Near St. Stand prime location in market . Hotea is situated . Good enterence lobby . Ampel of parking space . Spacious AC . Non AC Rooms available at 1500, as well as 2500. No complimentary breakfast as such. Big restaurant is on ground floor. Open since 7.30. hot water is running after 8 am in bathrooms. Bathroom is clean . Commod is fixed everyroom .
