Thay have ask for advanced payment for cheating and after that just playing with his customer.
Avoid to use or stay at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room service takes alot of time and a staff named ‘Sanjay’ was so rude to me . I once asked him to change the pillow cover and he just threw it away and was shouting at me and talked at a high voice , such a shameful guy . Removing this problem aside , the other waiters are good but some parts of the wall very ripped off . But overall , the hotel is good and the location is perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous is the word , don't go even they offer free stay . They have stinky rooms , corridor no toiletries in room , stinky room and poor cleanliness of room too . I am being very polite while writting this post. Worst hotel i have ever visited and indeed worst in Darbhanga

Mosquito problem is there amd can be looked for upcoming guests. Breakfast was also given on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first you have to admit that darbhanga isnt that modern city yet its an old city but yeah the check out process was smooth the manager was cooperative its a not too good not too bad hotel it was okay okay . if you are a couple and you cant reach some modern city like patna then just go for it enjoy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lo ation is good but approach road is always jammed with vehicles parked on road. hotel staff is courteous. food is decent and service is good value for money. wish they had optiona like seasonal sabji and ghar jaisi subji on menu ao that guests can avoid spicy n oily food and have regular meala kn longer stays.

Basic things like Dental Kit, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Moisturizer not provided. Covid Protocol not followed properly. Typical Blanket provided that too doesn't seem properly washed. Didn't get any disturbance, Stays at peace.
