Supplying food with bare hands and the cook in kitchen coughs everytime near food.
Mallus can tolerate such unhygienic food but think about others people who cares about their health too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a decent kerala hotel. I love going there when homesick. I wish the hotel is available on Zomato or swiggy for delivery to Andheri West. Hope the manager takes a note of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is OK. But waiters need to be trained... Waiters don't have any idea on the food served. Don't even understand basic... Only one waiter which is there old staff and he is acting like a supervisor for other waiters he is not willing to help customers also...
Food quality is OK. Serving dish also improved. But plz train your staffs dear... For a frequent customer like me, friendly service is utmost Important....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management of the hotel has changed , it's now called the Mumbai hotel. You would get Kerala dishes here, however that taste isint authentic, nor the quality is at par.
It's more like a mess for working class to have food on the go, so the quantity is targeted over quality.

There were available Awesome food courses in South indian touch when this hotel named as 'Hotel Nithyanand'. During Corona Crisis the hotel's well being also affected a lot and the team back off from the responsibility. It was just a shock for all, even after completing more than 10 years of successful services.??❤️
Then after Covid relief, in 2021 another teams from Kerala itself reopen the hotel and praised the name 'Mumbai Restaurant' as one of the best hotel to have tasty Southern dishes.? Again one more shutting down happens after January 2022 due to excess liabilities of higher rent for the building.
Now, from February 2022 onwards, the place take overed on lease by Gujarathi's with a different approach, powerful teams, awesome varieties of foods in Veg. & Non Veg. (All dishes excluding beef items). The current name when I'm editing the review on April 2022, hotel is named as 'Welcome Restaurant'. Chicken/ Mutton items are good to have and rates are reasonable of course. ❤️
And wishing the entire team to write a success story on the leaves of Sakinaka. ??
