We booked the room going by the good reviews and ratings in different platforms, big mistake. There were rats running across the room!! We had to keep continuously complaining till the staff took it seriously to take action. The staff is disrespectful and not attentive. The rooms are untidy and the bedding has stains and holes in them. Oh. And the noise, the noises from the corridor keep pouring into the room. Overall, it was one of the most pathetic experiences ever with lack of resolution offered by the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic hotels in the area. Please don't get carried away with the ratings provided. There are rats running around in the room. When complained about it, staff is not attentive to rectify the issue. The rooms are small with all the noises from the corridor pouring inside. The bed is broken, bedding has stains, bathroom has leaky taps and fixtures are old. Have been following up with staff for a room change but they don't get back ever and keep you hanging. This is one of the worst stays, most pathetic experience ever. We tried raising a compliant, that also got sidelined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have the best experience, very good hotel in a budget price, all the facilities are upto mark, rooms are very nice, bed is ossom , bathroom is neat and clean, very high wifi speed for 24 hours. only problem which i find was about food , which is very costly
as a student , rooms are very good for study ,lights are little dim but still better than other hotels at same price, in this cold weather, you fill still find yourself insulated. many desks are provided which can be used for study

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were great spacious and large..... But there was a lot of dust on the furniture also thry had some problem with the water taps.....also the intercom wasn't working efficiencly.... But the staff was grt and later on it all was fine. I found it a bit costly though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. They are just out there to get your money. I wish I could give a rating lesser than 1 I would've. Even if you are staying for a few days and a guest comes to visit you they'll charge you for an extra person. Yes they don't understand the logic, wish they'd be more educated or atleast a bit more customer friendly. Hope this review helps other paying customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were okay, my room was on the top most floor and it took around 3hrs for AC to cool to room up. Washrooms were clean but water pressure in the taps was very low. The room servicing part was the worst, kept asking for water again and again but no-one gave me a single glass of water for the whole night. Location is good it's exactly on the main road of Sector 11, Noida. You can reach to sector 15 metro station in just ₹10/ person in a tempo or shared battery rickshaw. Food ordered was tasty and in a sufficient quantity.
