★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.... Very bad experience. The owner behavior is also not good. They try to fool customers in every possible way. I booked an AC room to them in urgency but they refused to provide on even though the payment was made in advace . When I reached at hotel they refused to provide the booked one. And offered to to stay in some other room. As it was urgent I have to agree but the other room whuch they offered was very very very bad in condition. Bed sheets were untidy and it was messed up totally.
I'll never recommend any one to stay at this property. If you want good hospitality in AGRA please preffer Hotels on Fatehabad road.
