Services were good. Took special interest in families with kids to make them comfortable. Housekeeping and F&B Services were great and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel seemed a little busy even during a 9pm check-in. Room was okay for an overnight stay. Hot water not readily available in the washroom, had to request. Water tasted super salty and sour. Restroom handle broke on the first touch, probably a general wear and tear issue. Lobby and restaurant ambience looked good. Dinner was good, Breakfast was awesome. Overall a 3-star experience for a super short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in plunge pool room. It is the usp for this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Private pool was also well maintained. You can ask at reception to hear the pool. It takes few hours to heat the pool.
Breakfast had lot of variety and was very tasty.
