★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located very near to sector 18 metro station and all major Malls and bazaar. Located in a quite and cool area. Parking available on site. Reception in basement and rooms on other floors. Rooms are quite big and have everything that you need for your comfortable stay. Wifi, hot water is not an issue but service is a problem, my tv was was just ignored and no one cared to get it on. Restaurant needs a relook i would say. I ordered Murg Masala Biryani for dinner and it was tasteless and quantity was not enough for single person. So instead order from outside. Stay I will recommend but food is a big no...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness : 0 (as shown in picutre)which is quite important in the COVID-19 pandemic period.Found so many spiders in the room.Towel has big holes.Hot water bottle is not cleanedMost important : mobile phone will.not pick the network of your operator so please prepared accordingly..You need to survive only on wifi. you cant make normal call to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst stay I could have ever imagined it was my husband who had gone there was fire in the hotel at 4 am in his room the ac was on fire and he had to literally run out of the room to save his life
The hotel assure that this was the first incidence and shifts in to another room where there was problem with the AC too and zero consideration was shown the manager took forever to come to the hotel and gave verbal assurance that we will do whatever we can to compensate and nothing was done
My husband was polite enough to not file a complaint on verbal assurance
So beware everyone ur life can be at risk when checking in so be cautious

It always amaze me how these hotels are managing such an amazing quality of stay and hygiene in this tough time.
Really loved my stay.staff very helpful guys,and especially for thanks Mr Rahul front desk very helpful and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear owners this hotel doesn’t deserve to be even 2 star.
1. Almost all the electric switches in room were broken. Electric kettle defective and dangerous as no auto cut.
2. Rooms very poorly organised, dirty.
3. Rates were told including taxes but bill submitted without tax. You people don’t deposit the tax what you collect from customers .
4. No complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee etc unless you ask them.
5. Staff totally unprofessional, they are not trained for talking, behaving with customers.
6. The location is slightly away from main road, at the entry there is some chemical plant causing unbearable bad smell. Every time you go out or come in to hotel, completely cover your nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing it's a Budget hotel, 1. Don't expect 5 start services what they giving in their rates is good enough.2. Hot water, clean towels, clean bad. 3. Breakfast in room. Cons- just bathroom is old but still all is working so not a big issue.overall- good for solo travelers, the family can stay but again don't expect 5-star amenities. So itne piase mein itna milta hai.hope this will help the community.
