★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No any remarks from my side. This is my personal opinion not for others. Not a friendly environment and way of talking and behaviour have filled with full of EGO. But good facilities are provided at low budget. Before online booking please read the terms and conditions carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hello.thanks for the comfort. The room is comfortable and clean. It's just not convenient that two beds are connected, in place of one large one. Good cuisine, delicious food. There is air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. When we arrived at our booked room, it was filthy. The rooms are dusty.
2. Staff is very uncooperative. They give preference to outsiders' orders and the staff kept telling us to just go back to our rooms and eat there instead (ordering outside dining hall charges 10%)
3. They don't pay attention to your needs and one of them gave us his pen and told us to write the order ourselves instead of him doing his job.
4. The food tastes average and is overpriced. And disappointing.

Best part about Hotel Prasanti is the FOOD, the breakfast,lunch and dinner was delicious and also the special tea was impeccable.
I came after 10yrs to the hotel, the food taste, stay has enhanced a lot.
Thanks and grateful to all the Staffs of Hotel Prasanti to make my and My Parents stay amazing and wonderful.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Old and best service hotel in the area with budget friendly price compared to other hotels in the area. The only thing that can be improved that they should provide services, be it food or any room
service after 11 pm too. Also they should also reduce the price for the type of room they provide. They take very amount of tax too for the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big and of contemporary style. There are Bath tubs also in Super deluxe room. Good food. Friendly staff. I didn't get King bed during my stay in Deluxe room. On request they have joined two single bed and made it one. Laid a Bed cover. That's why 4 star.
