★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to ask them to get the bedsheets cleaned and the towels and everything... Rooms were fine overall.. service was slow.. there was a restaurant called paradise.. which was a life saver cz there are not much places to eat around

I have booked room online on 26 Feb on showing official website on Google map,,, after reaching hotel , receptionist says u have fraud booking in online website did not shown here ,so I have give all proof of room booking and contact number (manager) in receipt, they have given but they did not given room ,did not take any action against on going fraud on their official PRAYOSHA hotel name and website,
, on Google map , through official website ,I have booked it (shown in image Screen shot)
??So don't Book online rooms in this PRAYOSHA Hotel, near Randheja chokdi, Gandhinagar
Staff behaviour is not good special reciption person talk very rudley,
I thin they are also involved in this type online booking fraud, so I have asked official person to take action against them,

Personally suggest that don't Book rooms and choos other good Hotels ,in Gandhinagar

We have booked room on 9th April at evening 5 o'clock. Manager has too bad behaviour. He had to checkout us on morning 8 o'clock while we have paid for 24hr. We feel too much costlier for only 16 hr .
Manager told us you have to pay extra for next 8hrs .
It's too bad behaviour of manager with us
He had not explained this condition on booking time ,after a night on morning he refused us to stay till 5 o'clock on next day.
