★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the restaurant on the day of Nabami. Restaurant of this hotel is very bad, poor coustomer service, they even ask for leave the table after ordering Rs 1790 food, and say that other coustomer are waiting outside. Quality was not good enough in terms of money they charged. And quantity also very poor.Only ac hall and marble furnished room is not the identity of good restaurant. The size of one(1) bowl of biriyani / fried rice is not enough for a kid, but charge is high. They charge gst , but give a hand bill, not any computer generated bill. Any Street food corner is better than this resturant in terms of the staffs behaviour, coustomer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of it's kind 8n kakdwip. Don't know about the hotel service because never stayed there. The restaurant area is nice. ?Good ambience ? The behavior of the staffs is good ?Full AC resturant ? The place was well cleaned and sanitized ? Taste of the dishes was ok. Price of some dishes is too expensive. Serving time after ordering was little too long. But unlike Star Food Court here you don't have to wait outside of the place, you can wait in the reception area in comfort.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room with lots of modern amenities. Spacious room and location is just beside of Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Check out time 11AM, and room tariff is 2500/Per Night + GST. Online payment options also available with proper room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First to understand why I'm giving 2 star less... Coz they don't provide complimentary water bottles, each and every hotel in India and abroad provides atleast 2 bottled water.
I'm editing this post and reducing the star because of the manager, he's explaining me MAP, AP etc.
20 yrs I've been travelling and this response i get for water.
The owners must take a look into it, otherwise this hotel will receive a fate they don't want i think.
This place even has free charging facility for electric vehicles.
Small hotel with around 15 rooms, 2 yrs running.
Everything else is fine, although didn't taste the food till i was reviewing. But restaurent is worthy, the Aircon was running even when no residents were in hotel or restaurent in Sunday afternoon.
Thumbs up for that...
The owners must see the review and Include atleast 2 bottled water complementary... Don't tell r/o water is free .. It's free even with the pan shop in many places where u can refill
