★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its one of the popular family restaurants in Bhubaneswar. But now they are loosing their past charm. They are always crowded, people standing near your table waiting for their turn to eat, waiters dont listen to your orders, your food takes forever time to reach your table, the food is also not of the quality which they used to make and last but not the least paying on the billing counter is a whole mess! I once went for dinner with my mom, there a family got into a heating argument with the staff because they were waiting for an hour and the waiters didn't brought their food even after taking order! So they had to leave hungry. They also had small kids with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded place. Staff shortage. Please place all orders together or will be delay. Nice tasty pure veg options. Particularly great place for south Indians. AC hall also available but little bit expensive for the same food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I will go by location, it's little inside. Ambience is fine doesn't seem so hygienic.
Food tasted good but service was very poor. Nobody was ready to pay any attention towards whether the customer is ready to place order or if they need anything else. After multiple requests I have got my food items on table and then next moment he handed over the bill to us as if all they want us to leave.

Tiffins of above average. Quality and quantity has gone down over a period of time but price is in ever increasing trend like Indian economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit busy in the evening as the food comes under affordable prices. The quality of food is good and you have to around 10-15 mins to get your food on the plate. There are also sweets available and they do allow food take-outs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting Priya Hotel after decades, the taste remain the same (the best of South Indian cuisine), in the city. However the behaviour of the sitting cashier in the AC section, was far from good, we could not get 2 chairs to sit,for atleast 10 minutes, despite table's were vacant...it was 28 February 2022, 9:00 PM. It needs to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality was good,the waiting time was very less and the only thing that they need to manage is the service when someone wants extra servings of side dishes which usually becomes a rustle while enjoying the food.
Arrangements should be made for Digital Payment systems as cash payment may not be suitable for everyone.
Overall good place to have a quick serve of some good southindian dishes.
