β β β β β Beautifully decorated rooms. Luxury bed with 6 pillows. Air conditioned room. Nice lights. There are many things available in the room such as more than 80 cm TV, AC, telephone, electronic coffee and tea makin pot, small fridge, beautiful cubbord, two beautiful chairs, one semi sofa, big mirror, attached beautiful bathroom. Bathroom have geyser, mirror, western toilet, toilet paper, wash basin, shower, big and small towel, shampoo, oil, talc, conditioner. Staff's behaviour is very good. Room service is good. There is a restaurant at hotel's ground floor. 2.8 Km from Jaunpur city station. Auto rickshaw is easily available. Check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

β β β β β The service at this hotel was really bad. The blanket have pulses spot on it and when requested to change they changed it after eight hours. I didn't use although the Ac was working. The staffs are really bad. They didn't listen customer complaint. Also in one night there was no electricity completely and only Ac was working no lightning. I didn't slept well due to this. They remain firm in not taking action when you complain. Although I have complementary breakfast the restaurant people told me I can only get one food items and served it after 30 minutes of waiting time. Overall I never get such harsh treatment in any hotel.

β β β β β New hotel (opened Dec 2017). So you can expect better rooms than others in the area. The water geysers in the room are very small. So, hot water for shower is a problem. But the service quality is poor. They need to understand that service is important in hospitality industry.

β β β β β Hospitality service is poor. Room service is pathetic. Cleanliness is zero. Food is bad. Bathrooms were unhygienic, no Cleanliness. Not recommended at all for stay.
