★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amar's Rajasthan Palace Hotel is a beautiful heritage property. From the moment we stepped in, the beauty and cleanliness of the property struck and stayed with us. Our rooms were big, clean and tastefully decorated, providing excellent garden views. Staff is courteous, warm and always smiling with a present greeting. We would look to stay again should we visit Jaipur again as the property is located near to many historical places, while due to its location being in he middle of various gardens, it's extremely cool as well. Special thanks to Mr. Govind for making our stay comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picturesque hotel with good services. Breakfast was good, room service was good. Great view from the hotel roof top with beautiful swimming pool and sun facing location. Great hospitality by the owner, will surely share references and book again as we visit Jaipur. Feel like resort in the middle of the city with all important points of the city very nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good. Decent property and at a reasonable distance to airport of 10 kms. Food is tasty but limited in options. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast options seemed limited but good in taste. Rooms are clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel ambience is worth experiencing. Picturesque , peaceful and beautiful architecture. Food is nice takes a bit time to get prepared as they said they prepare fresh on order. Pool is awesome and rooms also give some rajasthan vibes. Must visit amazing courtyard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our overall experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory. We stayed for three days in peak winters when the room was freezing, yet there was no hot water supply or heater in the room. We were given an antique water heating rod and a bucket for bath which was pathetic. The manager at the hotel is clueless and incompetent in solving issues. The junior staff though is good and tried helping as much as they could. Food quality and taste was just average. We skipped breakfast most times. Owner did ask us few times reg the issues we were facing, but they weren’t solved even after. Overall the hotel has a lot to work on with regards to the management and basic facilities.

Pros..
Location and ambience. Support Staff were courteous.
Swimming pool was good.
Cons...
Price is not commensurate to industry standards. Housekeeping don't even replenish water bottles and replace towels and toiletries after two days.
Room size is small.
Meals timings are restricted and menu is very limited.
Reception staff need to be more professional.
