★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked 2 deluxe rooms and requested early check in. We reached hotel at 9:45 am and none of the rooms were made available to us till 10:45 am. On asking why no rooms were alloted they said hotel is full booked. I did not see even one guest for 1 whole hour during the time I was sitting at reception desk waiting for my room.
At 10 am, one guest from executive room checked out so I asked hotel staff to allot us that room for an hour and shift us to our deluxe room once our rooms are ready. Hotel staff said that the executive room is unclean now and they cannot clean that room twice if they give it to us for temporary purpose. I dnt understand is this the way to treat your guests.
Secondly, after giving 1 room to us at 10:45 am, few guests in hotel checked out at 11 am. Instead of cleaning the room next to our room for giving it to us immediately, the hotel staff started cleaning rooms on other floors whose guests had not arrived. On asking why, they answered we were given keys of rooms on other floors first.
Thoroughly dissatisfied with the co-operation of hotel staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to surat Railway station. Reception is kool and good stay. Cheap and value for money. Room is ok for the amount u pay. Clean and neat. Safe and secure. Check in and check out was seamless. Hotel staff was very co operative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was a deluxe room and it was very clean, and was well maintained. The staff of the hotel are very well behaved, very helpful, genuine and the room service was really good. We found the place in a very good location too. Everything is near the hotel and finding any diner near is not at all a problem. Would strongly recommend anyone this hotel who is willing to stay near the railway station in Surat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is well located in the proximity of the Railway Station and Bus Stand and is approachable from many important business places. Stay was comfortable but there was an issue with the Air-conditioner sound was coming which was disturbing me full night. Overall the stay was pleasant. Proximity to Railway Station and Bus Stand which helps you even if you arrive late in the night to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is centrally located near to Railway Station and Buses are also available to reach any place in the city. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Rooms are well maintained and washrooms are also neat and clean
Anywhere I wanted to go, any mode of transport was easily available and even at odd hours in the night I can get something to eat and drink as hotel is near to Railway Station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A below average hotel, we have a group booking for executive rooms and we were given a couple of deluxe rooms(smaller sized). The staff is cooperative except that the staff at the reception can be trained to be more welcoming towards the guests.
i would recommend to look for alternate options for your stay in Sirat

Pros are great location and rooms fine for a night stay and comparatively spacious rooms in this segment when I compare several hotel offerings in this budget. Cons mainly relate to very noisy rooms with poor sound proofing, not very good on cleaning part and narrow single beds which are tough to sleep for people with rolling habit while sleeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good and conveniently located hotel near Surat railway station: hardly a 5-minute walk. Rooms are neat and clean. Prices are competitive. For a single person, AC rooms start at Rs.1000/-. Bedding is comfortable. AC works! It doesn't have a restaurant, but food is served in the room with your food order catered through outside hotels. Family can be brought here safely.
