★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice property with multiple party halls . Facilities are good food is tasty and services are fast . Vallet parking facility lift facility is available . They have arrangements for wheel chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of booking...they show us some other room and booking was done for that specific room...and when the person came for check in...they gave the smaller room.
On asking the reason the staff said the room which we booked was given to some other VIP and they said they will give whatever room is empty regardless of booking a specific room while taking the advance.
Edit: ROOM NUMBER 217 was booked specifically and it was told that i am booking here only if i will get 217...bcoz of windows.

Poor hospitality, non working AC in spite of advance booking. Menu chages without intimation Poor service Unprofessional behaviour Overcharged due to hidden expenses They need to revamp everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is very good nd also situated in good location,huge parking space,chicken soup nd cheese chilli is very tasty nd yummy,also a huge variety of chicken nd veg meals in snacks nd quality of food is very good,allover provided a good quality yummy nd delicious food.visit once for taste,,also I'll tell u,service is awesome,staff is very polite nd good,well dressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience. Nice staff. Appropriate parking. Owners are very polite and co-operative. Sagar Ratna ~ Cherry ? on the cake ?. Live music ? is ultimate ???? Needless to say, the singer who sings while wearing a Hat is the pivot around which the live music ? revolves. Really applaudable. Mr. Salinder (Manager) too deserves a lot of praise for his polite behaviour. One lady deputed at Sagar Ratna who looks after the customers is also too polite and the force behind good hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time( though it's very approachable for me )to attend a meeting which was held at Sirius hall by the time I reached it was late and buffet dinner was already laid. Veg manchow soup was OK not delectable but wasn't even bad. Dal makhni was good. Paneer was soft and mix vegetable was good not too oily.gulab jamun was served piping hot but it's chashni was too sweet. Tooty fruity was best. Overall average experience can be tried. Next is to try their Ala carte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Attended a marriage function there. The Food is third class. All veg & non veg snacks tasteless and cold . Going there is just Waste of money. Ambiance is good . Head Staff is not doing there job.
They have to change Chef and head staff
Or its going to close soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel welcomes you with royal bright entrance where two beautiful and huge chandeliers brighten your mood while the ethnic Ganesha idol gives your soul a traditional embrace. Nice staff. Proper guiding wrt the different simultaneously held parties/functions.
