★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so, I'm giving 1star to service because they really deserve it. they will talk very politely and will offer you many facilities (verbally). After booking and paying full amount they will make you cry. really very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had. I suggest never book their halls or rooftop for events and receptions if you do not want to lose your mind. I have booked their rooftop 3 floor for reception. First they didn't let you to bring your own decorator and the decorations their third party vendor did was not same as you chose and look very ordinary. Their will be entirely different backdrop then the one you chose. No decorations in stage. No proper lighting. Dj Hemant that they provided was rude and was not willing to play songs as per our recommendations. After some verbal spat with him he played our songs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and staff are decent, however, the housekeeping is shoddy and extremely sub-standard even for a low-budget hotel. Room corridors are stuffy and smell awkward and rooms don't have the basic amenities like kettles and tea/coffee sachets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The less said the better about this hotel property. congested corridors, dark, gloomy deluxe rooms, no ventilation or sunlight, humid rooms, unclean bed covers. TV not working, all electrical plug points were ill fitting/loose, the washroom was all and a shower made it all wet and flooding. lots of halls only. Mosquitoes and Cockroaches are additional unwanted guests in your room. The towels were smelling, old and were yuck.
Breakfast was stereotypical Indian spicy food. No continental food, Banana and papaya were only fruits, the cakes were stock and recycled and repetitive, simple bread toast facility was too not available.
That means it is exorbitantly priced to the quality of services given by the hotel.
If you don't have any other options in Bhopal, Only Good Luck and God can save you in this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice, clean and spacious place best suited for marriage and reception functions. Rooms are also affordable. The only laps is that, reception counter waiting hall arrangement for drinking water should have been done. rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It provides indoor catering for every function. The food is amazing, location is great and nearby VIP road. It has separate halls for each of the wedding and reception functions which makes it very easy to host a wedding.
The stay was great.

Food and room are excellent.
Managers are little stubborn about the rules but thanks to NIKITA who was very co-operative and helpful throughout the wedding.
Nikita helped us in smoothly carrying out all the functions and made the whole process smooth
Room service could be a little better.
Bell boy was very good and never hesitated to lift so many luggage of all the people who had come to wedding.
Hall are nice and good looking but the AC could be better.
Over it was a very pleasant and amazing experience hosting a wedding at RK Regency. All the guests also enjoyed and gave positive feedbacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really amazing and food is tasty as well. Had booked it for 3 days for a marriage function. Nikita helped us out to make the wedding smooth. She was already to help us out. Managers are rude though but nikita made sure all goes well. Overall a pleasant experience.
