You have to go out for morning tea because
this hotel does not have staffs to provide that. Even the working of lift has its timing and not as per customers need. Room locking system is also faulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ morning at 6:00 o clock power is cut, and no AC and fan running after 1 hour supply the power back up than start the fan and ac, that's why I am not happy. very upset. room service is not good.

On the flipside, they don't provide filter/RO water for drinking, and guests have to purchase bottled water, both in room and the restaurant.
The elevator was out of order for the entire duration of our 2 nights-3days stay. I was traveling with two senior citizens aged around 70 years, and all the rooms in the hotel were on the 3rd and 4th floors and restaurant on the 5th.
The basin in the bathroom was leaking, and the pipe underneath also broken. Despite repeated complaints the hotel people did not fix either. Eventually I had to resort to using mug and bucket to wash my face, hands or even brush, as the basin was out of order.
