β β β β β Very Bad experience. Parking is not available. It's on Road. Rooms are very Small and Dirty. Breakfast price already le liye booking time pe, waha gaye to bole ki breakfast mei only 2 people includ honge Even children bhi nahi..staff behaviour is bad

Untrained staff, rude staff, don't care attitude staff,
Dumbest mind as they gave why AC should not be ON when it's 25Β° outside.
If you are couple with a baby, you baby won't be allowed to have breakfast or you have to pay as only 2 guests are covered in the room book.
If you want to experience the worst hospitality business in Gaziabad, I think you shoud visit here.
P S. Have to park your vehicle on road.

β β β β β Services very poor, staff is very rude small rooms. Response at reception is polite but issues are not attended even after reminding. Room is small, cleanliness is OK. Accomodation and services are not worth charges in fact much worse. Most disgusting is rude behavior of staff.

β β β β β Bed is too small in double occupancy ,kitchen staff is not good when asked two sugar pouch refused to give ,They don't provide RO drinking water ,Have to buy 50 Rs 1 LTR water bottle .Buffet breakfast not available ,had to get ordered .Basic items like curd not available.
Not a good stay and compare to their charges

β β β β β Very good place & nice Hospitality. Fantastic place for every age group persons. Food was outstanding & fabulous?β¨. Service is very nice. Hotel location & ambience both are nice.At the end of the main point is hospitality of Staff too good. My experience for this place give 5 stars.

Won't include 3rd person even if it's child,
No manners
Don't know anything about hospitality business.
Hotel incharge should work in first peon or busboy in any big hotel to see how it's works.
They should close right away, don't know how it's even operating
