The water bottles are not complementary, the are extra charged.
Staff behaviour is not professional. I asked for a water bottle at 5 a.m., they told me to pick it up by myself from the lift as the room service was not available.
I check-in at 2 p.m., they cleaned the room right in front of me and kept me waited for 30 minutes
NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd grade hotel because of very bad service and they don't have any chef for making food, no food/no break fast/ no dinner and no tea also. Always they will ask for money money money, if you will pay full paymet of your stay then also they will take from you deposit after that if you will order like water immediate they will ask to pay. And also hotel manager is not good as if you will go with family/group they will not allow you to talk or seat for a long time in hotel lobby. Over all experience was very bad. I suggest not to stay in this hotel. Zero star for this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out time is 10. Ideally it should be 11. Although we checked in so late in the evening. And inspite of requesting just 1 hr extra in the morning from 10 till 11 they were reluctant to adjust. Our train was later hence we requested. TV was not working, latch in the bathroom was broken. We didnt complain yet they were not ready to adjust.
