★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in the room and it's 1.17 am and some guys and drinking and abusing so loud and I told the staff several times but nothing happened. Never come here if you are with your family or kids. Worst experience ever.

Takes only 10 -15 mints by walking from main square , near Dalai lama temple and front of valley, view is good .
2) Parking -
Hotels own parking place is available which is front of the hotel it self.
Pay and park is available 1 mints away.
3) Rooms -
Rooms are quite good and medium size, rooms from top floor are not so good but they will cost you cheaper. View from top is Good .
4) Check Water Situation (its kinda bad) -
In some rooms Water tabs are leaking and my room water heater was not working properly its really sucks. Do try water tabs before.

Staff members are polite..Parking no issue at all... Hotel staff available round the clock.. rooms are spacious.. clean.. good view as it's right in front the temple of H.H. Dalailama and the dharmshala....
Everything superb.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. But service is not to the mark. Our room was in 6th floor, from there front view very nice. From day 1 TV was not working, we told them,,that day they changed , but next day same thing happened. Washroom condition was very poor. Flash was not working.
so I recommend that people choose better than this.

1)Sparse water supply
2) Only one out of seven gyser was working.
3)Even after several remainders ,they failed to provide towels and other bathroom accessories.
4) TV was not working
There fake promises to fix ruined our dayand hence we promised not to pay remaining amount of bill if things are not fixed. They reacted with fist and started beating few of our friends and continued to do so even they gave the money.We had to leave the hotel at mid night.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO THOSE WHO WISH TO TEST THERE PATIENCE AND ARE READY TO SACRIFICE THERE IMPORTANT TOUR TIME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here first week Nov 2019. Wow ok great location and 5 min walk to Dala Lama (DL) Temple. They have nice roof terrace and the room design is nice but maintenance poor. I choose this hotel based on nearness to DL temple and it superficially seemed nice when I checked. The DL was giving public talks and all nearby hotels booked out so I got stuck there for a week and ended up changing rooms 3 times to solve problems. The problems never went away. First foremost the plumbing went out first hot then cold depending on room. They called plumber but no fix. Room 1 was very dirty, had incomplete curtains so not all windows covered, light switches fiflty, dust bin fifthy, food menu filthy, windows would not secured properly, hot water stopped working. Had blanket only no top sheet or duvet. Room 2 cleaner not perfectly but water worked, had duvet but stains visible. I was promised it was quiet it wasn't and had a broke out window pane which let in noise and cold air. Room 3 windowless but very quiet, cleanest of 3 but duvet smelled awful and had stains. They aired out duave blanket in sun buy still not odorless. Cold water stopped working. Other people staying here also reported problems. The resturant was never open something about cook being absent. This is a troubled hotel unless they make a strong effort to improve they will continue to deteriorate. Some of staff members tried to fix problems but powerless to do proper fix. I felt owner of hotel not making effort to keep hotel up and improve standards. Meanwhile recommend not staying here until they improve greatly.
