Convenient to reach it, on account of its location on the Neemuch-Mhow road, but within the city limits, Hotel Samta Sagar Palace is well frequented, as can be made out from eaters willing to wait, on account of the non availability of tables, in view of the rush. Serving vegetarian dishes, Hotel Samta Sagar Palace satisfies and whets the appetite of diners and lunchers. It is a favourite place to host kitty parties, family lunches, wedding festivities, birthdays, corporate banquets, to name a few. Pricing is moderate, while preparation of dishes and the ala carte leaves behind a favourable impression. Ambience and settings are appealing, with artificial ponds, greenery, seats, dining tables, crockery and other related paraphernalia adding to the speciality of the eating joint. Hotel staff render courteous, prompt and efficient service, which makes the eater visit the place more and more.

Awesome good quality but due to customer rush sometime delayed services...But yes staff is supporting ...have enough parking space ....location is also well connected...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keeping the size of the city in mind, it is an excellent property. Friendly, polite and respectful staff lead by a humble owner.
They are very accommodating and on request will also accomodate your trained pet.
Food is great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was good but hospitality was not. The person at reception was so rude. We welcomed us at the checkin counter by saying ' checkout is at 10 am sharp' and repeated the same 2-3 times during the conversation.
Seems hotel is least interested in welcoming their guests.

The staff doesn't have etiquettes and insults the customer itself.
My duration of stay was 4/2/2022 to 6/2/2022.
First of all the room service is so confused that to order a simple lunch and dinner it takes minimum 4to 5 visit to complete you order on top of it they will also ask for "sir payment cash Deni hogi " for every single time
Secondly in restaurant while taking the breakfast we told that juice has been over kindly refill it
The waiter replies back. It will get filled what is you urgency.dont tell us what to do..
My suggestion would be to look for a cheap hotel with better service then to go for this particular hotel.

Close to ratlam bus stand.
The ambience of hotel called Flavours is also good.
They have two type of seating - normal and cafe. The taste of food is also nice.
Service is prompt. Good staff.
