★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service, the hotel catered to our special requests accordingly. Secure as well, the gates are closed at 10 pm. Suitable for big groups, might be bit loud for business trips. There is a PNB atm nearby but it's better to carry cash in Bokkhali as ATMs are not reliable. The hotel didn't have much lights outside, so it might be difficult initially to find but the interiors in rooms and lobbied are well lit.

1. Should provide heavier blanket during winter.
2. Should provide towel in each room.
3. Should provide toiletries in each room.
4. Should provide purified water in each room.
Other than these few things the hotel is quite nice. Behaviour of the staffs is cordial. Rates are bit high but it's the same case throughout west bengal. Location is beside NH but around 10mins walk away from beach. Building looks beautiful as well.
There is no restaurant in the hotel.
