★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of food was quite good, won't say it was awesome but according to the price it was good. The service was so late, they took more than 1 hour to serve 4 things, we just ate whatever we have ordered and left without eating full belly cause of the time
Another thing is they don't accept phone pay although their QR code is given on the menu on asking the guy at the reception says there is some issue and on the other hand started yelling at the waiters for not telling customer about this issue in the beginning and started giving lame excuses but he had to take it at last. One of my friend asked for wifi password he said the same thing that the internet is not working, I don't know how these guys getting hired at such namely restaurant I mean they have no idea how to behave and talk. I heard some guy was telling the waiter that his food is not cooked but they were like no it's properly cooked sir. A family restaurant , completely open located on the ground floor. Good thing is you get space for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itwas a nice stay at Hotel Satkar, Katihar. well maintained property for staying. Decorated AC dining area with very testy foods of all choice served by well behaved staff. Thanks Hotel Satkar, I am very much satisfied.

I have booked room online for 1 night & I have checked-in earlier so I was charged Rs 500 extra, but if I have booked it offline on arrival then no extra charge will be charged for early check-in as per the person on the reception.Good clean rooms. Good food and service. In my opinion the best hotel in Katihar The food is awesome, the rooms are clean, staff very cordial. Parking may be improved
