★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Ac are not working even though I have complained many time. I kept it on for a few hours thinking it will cool my room but I had to adjust with the fan itself. They won't inform you anything about check out time but will charge you a full amount when you check out few hours late. They have kept a lady manager knowingly so that you can't scream. The manager attitude is horrible. I don't know what is her problem, she charged us extra money for 2 hours late which i didn't know. And charged more money while checking out saying we are 2 people instead of one. I was so tired of my travel I just didn't fight with her. My advice "never see her female face and underestimate her" . They won't provide any service. Unsupportive staff.
My worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome, air conditioned and ordinary rooms available both single bed and double bed rooms. Deluxe rooms. Good house keeping, 24 hours electricity and water supply, RO water available. Rooms are with television and telephone facilities. Attached toilets. Shelves are available for keeping clothes. 24 hours room service available. More number of boys available to provide timely service. Generator facility is there.
Conference Hall, functional hall, spacious parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd grade hotel with a lot of issues.. Well after spending days on this hotel i will highly recommend everyone to please keep out of this hotel and don't visit such a nuinsence hotel. Behaviour of the manager is so arrogant even no priority to guest at all. In Rayagada you will get either a best hotel in budget price range but i highly recommend to not select this hotel. Its my kind request. Thank you
